WeldQ ProctorU Examinations – Test Your Device

We strongly recommend testing your equipment before exam day, using the same device, room and internet connection you plan to use for your real exam.

1. Install the Guardian Browser and open it HERE
2. Sign into your WeldQ profile HERE



3. Click the “Examinations” menu



4. Click the information button next to your exam “Start” button



5. Click the “Test It Out” button



6. Use the automated equipment check to test your webcam, microphone, speakers and internet speed, and to confirm no other devices are interfering with your connection. If anything falls short e.g. slow internet, an unsupported browser, or a second monitor connected — fix it before exam day.
