Complaints made against any Approved Examiner, including alleged over charging, will be dealt with by the Complaints Committee of the Weld Australia Qualification and Certification Board using procedures approved by the International Institute of Welding.
Any Approved Examiner, who in the opinion of the Complaints Committee, is charging excessive fees for services rendered will go through the following process:
